If you're still running Windows 7 you really need to consider upgrading. On Jan 14th 2020, support for Windows 7 comes to an end. This means no Tech support, now Software updates but more importantly, no Security updates or fixes.
While you could conceivably continue to run Windows 7, you are doing so at a much greater risk for viruses, malware and other not yet known vulnerabilities. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to Windows 10 ASAP!
